The company also holds a framework agreement with NHS England for the provision of independent investigations into health services; the company has conducted 33 such investigations in recent years. 

The company has also worked with the independent sector including the National Autistic Society; as well as for the Ministry for Justice and the Gibraltar Health Service. The company works in research and education and has completed two national research projects for the Ministry of Justice in 2012 and 2014.

The company has completed more thematic reviews than any other provider in the UK and has a well developed model and expertise in this area
